What we collect

When you submit the quote form we receive the name, phone number, email address, service address and any message you type. Nothing else on this site asks you for information.

How it reaches us

The form is handled by Formspree, a third-party form service, which passes the submission to our email inbox. Formspree retains submissions on their servers under their own privacy policy. We do not store your submission anywhere else.

What we use it for

Quoting and scheduling your job, and contacting you about it. We do not sell it, rent it, or pass it to anyone outside our own crew. We do not add you to a mailing list.

Analytics

This site may use Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages people use. That records things like the pages you view, roughly where you are, and what kind of device you are on. It does not record your name or contact details. You can opt out entirely with the Google Analytics opt-out add-on, or by using your browser's do-not-track and cookie controls.

Embedded content

The service area map uses OpenStreetMap through the Leaflet library. Map tiles are requested from openstreetmap.org and the library from unpkg.com, which means those services receive your IP address when the map loads. Neither sets advertising cookies. We do not use Google Maps.

Your choices

You can ask us to delete anything you have sent us. Email terrymows@gmail.com or call (540) 815-9402 and we will remove it.
