Our primary service area and where most of our work sits. Roanoke's older neighbourhoods come with mature oaks and maples, which means heavy leaf drop in November and beds that need resetting every decade or so rather than every season.

Home base. Vinton is where the trailer starts most mornings, so it gets the tightest scheduling and the quickest turnaround on anything urgent — overgrown lots, properties going on the market, jobs that got away from someone.
Bedford County · Smith Mountain Lake
Lawn care in Moneta, VA
Lake properties and the roads around them. Bigger lots, more tree cover close to the house, and gutters that fill faster than anywhere else we work. Plenty of second homes here too, where nobody is on site to notice a problem starting.
Franklin County
Lawn care in Boones Mill, VA
South of the valley and more rural, which usually means more ground to cover per visit and serious oak drop in the fall. Long driveways and open acreage price differently from a suburban lot, and we'd rather tell you that up front.
